Taken with a 17mm lens. I'll let you work out how the 'fisheye' effect was achieved :) It wasn't an effect in Photoshop.

edit - for some reason the image was submitted twice so I've deleted the other copy, sorry to anyone who commented on the image

So here you are on DA. The flickr police almost drove me away. But I have so many friends and comments there. fabulous fish eye

but I think I like it better as my eye sees it.

I've ended up with effects like that when I stitch together photos taken at a wide angle. None of mine look like this though. lol

I think it just happens to be the angle you took the photo at for the fish-eye effect?
