how utterly amazing- the droplet is -perfectly spherical - is it a solid ? I always thought droplets had a tear drop shape

From the images I've taken the shape varies a lot. As the droplet is first formed it is in the shape of a tear drop. As the surface tension effects take over it forms a sphere
