The Runner by Photosbykev The Runner by Photosbykev
an interesting droplet that immediately caught my eye.

Photoshop only used to remove dust-bunnies, resize and resharpen. The limited colour is natural

specks of dust on the sensor :) Shooting with the small aperture shows them up so I just clone them out. There are only 3 of them in the one corner so I'll leave the sensor cleaning until there are a few more

I get quite a few of them... what sort of stuff do/would you use to clean them off?

I use pure methanol and a product called pecpads which are 100% lint free tissue. Use it once and throw it away

Were you wearing some checkered shirt or something? Because you can see some checkers reflected around "the Runner".

a pile of coloured acrylic sheets and a colour printer if I don't have the background I want to play with and a bit of imagination :)

My current set up is here [link] with a link to a write up on 'how-to'

what is reflecting in the water to make it red?

The flashgun to the left of the shot has a red filter gel over it and is shielded so no light gets onto the backdrop.
