2013 is going to be my year for HDR photography so I went looking for a new place to play in the pouring rain lol. I doubt if this woodland has seen any human abuse for 50-100 years . I'll be going back
I'll bet this location is going to be gorgeous in the spring, when all the new leaves and flowers appear. It would be great for you to keep an eye on it, and post some more beautiful shots of this untouched paradise.
That's good to know. There are quite a lot of hidden gems like this near where I live in southern Ontario, but almost all of them are fenced off, and can't be accessed. Either that, or they are guarded by huge areas of poison ivy...
It's a shame, because they offer great opportunities for photography. Most of this area is inaccessible to walkers and ramblers. Bloody farmers and ivy!!
